Shipping Policy

Processing Time All Zero Customs controllers are built to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be built and prepared for shipment, depending on the current order queue. We'll keep you updated along the way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination once the order ships.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Mail-In Service Orders For mail-in modifications, please allow additional processing time after we receive your controller. We'll notify you when your controller is on its way back.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
