At Zero Customs, we take pride in the quality of every build. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Custom Controllers: All custom controllers come with a 365-day warranty covering defects in workmanship. If your controller has an issue covered under warranty, contact us and we'll make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-built controllers due to the personalized nature of each build.

Marius Board Builds All Marius board orders are final sale — no refunds or returns due to their limited availability and prototype status.

Mail-In Service If you're unsatisfied with a mail-in modification, contact us within 7 days of receiving your controller and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
